WORKING DRAWINGS AGREEMENT
Upon obtaining Development Approval for the design ,your enthusiasm for us to commence construction will be checked by our requirment to obtain a Building Licence. A Building Licence from the Local Authority requires that we prepare working drawings supported by Engineering details, an Energy Assessment and appropriate insurances. Your contribution is to sign a Working Drawings Authority for us to continue on your behalf with a payment to cover the costs. The payments for both working drawings and design drawings will be deducted from your contract amount.
When the Local Authority has issued a Building Licence to commence work on site, we will provide you with a complete set of the plans, specification and contract and look to sign the building contract after your review.
The design of your new custom home will have considerable intellectual knowledge from our company included within the drawings . We will protect the uniqueness of your home through our retention of copyright and action against any considered breach.
