The alfresco area on the ground floor is mid way through the depth of the home and is well sited to maximise the interaction between the home and the outdoors.
A second undercover area is similarly located on the northern side of the home on the upper level. A wall of stacking aluminium framed glass doors at the family room can be opened to increase the interior spaces for those occassions when the party crowd needs more room, or simply to extend the riverside ambience on balmy nights.
