"Elements were borrowed from traditional Federation and modern architecture to create a home with clean lines, vast expanses of glass and fine finishes.

The home sits on a sloping corner block with entry through a portico tiled with travertine which has been used throughout the living areas, staircases, utility areas and bathrooms of the house. Double doors open onto the foyer.
The staircases and landings were designed to be eye-catching features of the home and play on natural light. The staircases are a mix of stainless steel and glass which has also been used for the balcony and alfresco areas. The home's interior was created by Maria Monaco a & Associates."
