CLAREMONT RIVER FRONT
At the bottom of a battle axe leg running off Victoria Avenue is a newly created waterfront site that enjoys an uninterupted vista across Freshwater Bay.
A large family home in a modern style has been designed to enjoy the river views from as many rooms as possible across two levels.
As the site is much lower than the existing old home on the original parcel of land, the design considered the potential for being overlooked and has minimal windows facing the other building. The cleverness of the design ensures that this treatment to the street facade is not noticeable until pointed out.
