APPLECROSS WATER FRONT
Work commenced mid 2009 on a substantial home that has a commanding view across Waylen Bay and the Swan River waters to the city of Perth skyline. An outstanding site that fronts a narrow beach at the rivers edge it proved a difficult property to design a home commensurate with the land value and remain within the sensitive height limits of the Local Authority. The land falls away from the road approximately 10 metres through its length.
The design has a single storey apearance from the street frontage unfolding to three levels through the depth of the site. Behind the four car garage at road level is the main family areas of the home, with sleeping zones on the mid level below and alfresco dining and entertaining areas relaing to the waterfront on the lowest level.
