A sitting area with a small kitchen, which can hidden and which also leads to the veranda, is on this level. There are three other bedrooms, the biggest of which has an ensuite and a corner window with sweeping views of the river. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom but there is also a powder romm with sink outside so both can be used at the same time.
