This site presented uninterupted views across the Swan River to the skyline of Perth, with an opportunity to design rooms across the front of the home with picture windows. The added bonus was that the site faces North - which supported the desire to incorporate extensive glazing - without an adverse impact on the energy rating of the home.
The front elevation is elegant. Extensive wrought iron adorns the curved balconies on the first and second floors and to the front fence becoming the perfect contrast in both colour and detail to the rendered masonry.
Black lacquered front doors open to a classic colour theme in the entry of white marble and black granite.
