At the entry, the intent to showcase the abilitiy - to excell - of master trades, becomes obvious.
The entry floor is a work of art, of stone with an inlaid pattern that traces the curve of a sculptured ceiling. The staircase bounded by extensive iron work floats out of a pool of black granite in a graceful spiral. A dome over the voided entry is hand painted. At this point in the home there is so much to marvel at.
