In the continuum of homes for clients, Zorzi Builders have crafted a succession of display homes. Whilst custom designed homes are specific to a site and its attributes and the accomodation and lifestyle needs of the clients, display homes can be more.
When the old sugar refinery site in Mosman Park was cleared and it became a new water front precinct, many fine new homes sprung up. Amongst those homes Zorzi Builders crafted The Arnage.
Designed to suit the standard lot size in the new subdivision, The Arnage is anything but standard.
A classical facade of rendered masonry is interupted with projecting mouldings around openings and at the top of the parapets to the forward walls. Subtle colour and textural highlights were introduced to the monotone walls by incorporating niches - within the piers supporting the arched openings - with inset nocce travertine marble laid in a herringbone pattern.
