The site falls naturally through the depth of the block to the rear.
With the brief to create an integrated design where there was a strong realtionship between the family and alfresco areas of the house with that of the landscaped exterior, the slope of the site allowed a split level to be introduced. By incorporating steps between the outdoor level of the home and the pool / cabana area, the view from the house to the rear is enhanced. Perfect for keeping an eye on guests and children.
