Discretely around the corner from the first kitchen is the second. The second kitchen allows for an out of site main food preparation and cooking area that has direct access to a large walk in pantry at one end and the alfresco dining room, via a servery, at the other.
The trend for a second kitchen is gaining favour, as it allows for the main gathering points at functions - of the kitchen, family and dining areas - to remain uncluttered.
The alfresco area overlooks the swimming pool and can be opened to the outdoors through stacking glass sliding doors on one side and bi-folds on the other. The ceiling is of cedar and reminiscent of the detail to the porte cochere at the front entry.
