"A square pool next to the alfresco area is set against a raised lap pool which runs the length of the block. The pool, like the home's interior was designed by Sonja Collins of Barbe Interiors, ensuring a classy, contemporary theme indoors and out. Mondo Landscapes did all the landscaping.
Directly behind the kitchen is a theatre room. This room is the heart of an impressive centralised control system, where all of the home's electronics - from the audiovision equipment in the theatre room to the security system, front gates and lights - can be controlled from a mobile phone.
The system, introduced to the homeowners by The Waplington Store, is believed to be the first of its kind to be installed in an Australian home."
