"Next to the sitting area, double doors lead into the main living zone, which is a free-flowing area with walls of glass to capitalise on the ocean views. The outdoor kitchen-alfresco area is under a recessed, timber-lined ceiling and surrounded by glass sliding doors, so the indoors and outdoors can be connected from all sides. From here the owners and their guests can look directly through the indoor dining and living area beyond the curved balcony to the sea.
In the kitchen, a big island bench with a black pearl granite top has a curved outer edge. Appliances are stainless steel and cabinets are a combination of glossy white and dark timber tones.
The living area has built-in cabinetry and is fitted with a customised, curved leather sofa which can pivot to form a big bed."
