The theatre is set in the middle of the ground floor accessed through double doors that disappear into the cavity of a double wall for sound insulation. A sense of being at the movies is enhanced through the use of tiered seating, a system of perimeter speakers and padded walls and ceiling. A bar within the room allows entertainment on a number of levels.
The upper level is the dedicated large private family spaces of a master suite, three additional double size bedrooms all with ensuites and a casual lounge area that easily could become a dedicated library for the children to discover the forgotten magic of the print media. Or, simply somewhere to do the homework.
