The Resort on Watkins
Pedestrian access off the street is through a gatehouse and under a timber pergola on solid stone tapered plinths. This marble avenue to the front door splits the front yard between a traditional lawn with tiered planters and that of a large swimming pool.
Water to the swimming pool cascades down granite steps that commence around a majestic palm near the front fence, at road level, and terminates at the travertine marble clad alfresco area level. A layered facade to the front elevation creates a sense of granduer that unfolds within.
