This Dalkeith property on Watkins Road is one of the original "tennis court" blocks of the subdivision, of over 1300 square metres in area. Falling away from the street to the lane at the rear the block presented a challenge to design an outstanding turn key project.
Embracing the contemporary desire of people to holiday at home and enjoy all that their property has to offer, the design centred on creating a resort.
Accepting that the lane afforded vehicle access to the site, the front setback area from the street was turned into the traditional landscaped backyard. The results are stunning.
