2009 Zorzi Builders Appealathon Home

At the head of the stairs is a casual sitting area with built in cabinets to three walls and a view to the swimming pool below.

Two double bedrooms are located to the left of the stairs and are separated by a bathroom with an adjacent powder room. This sleeping zone is able to be closed off from the sitting room via a cavity sliding door.

Move around the corner from the stairs and a very long, and wide, corridor is instantly obvious. At the end is the master bedroom retreat.

A third double bedroom is directly opposite the lift doors, and although not obvious, this room with connecting en-suite has been configured to be easily accessible in a wheel chair. Design with small changes - like door widths - to suit our entire community.
