At the front of the site and to the left of the garage is a separate building. This self contained suite will suit a teenage member of the family looking for an amount of independance without really leaving home, grand parents or a retreat for the resident artist or fitness junkie.
Whilst the home is open for inspection it has been set up as a gymnasium to demonstrate the versatility of the space. And for those that just wonder how it would work as a bed-sit there is an digital render (also shown in the bottom image on this page) on the wall where the LCD TV would sit - showing what it could look like furnished with a queen size bed and an intimate meals table.
Perhaps the future in housing on larger sites is now with us.
A little forward thinking by the team at Zorzi Builders demonstrating that large homes on large sites can be future proofed.
