Following on from a long history of crafting beautiful homes for Channel 9's Appealathon charity, the 2009 Zorzi Builders Appealathon Home opened for inspection mid November 2009 and is located at 11 Jutland Parade Dalkeith.
The 2009 Zorzi Builders Appealathon Home is open Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday's from 2.00 - 5.00 PM and is worth viewing for the clever design, adventurous but stunning colour scheme and outstanding workmanship.
The two pictures featured on this page are firstly of the artist's (Arnold Schiebaan) impression taken from the plans prior to commencement of work on site, and then of the completed home.
With enormous 'street appeal', the home has many features. Foremost amongst the features is the design that is intended to provoke thought toward making better use of housing for the future - where design, societal acceptance and regulatory change could see three generations of the same family living on the same site.
